The dispatch takes place as package by letter post, DHL/Deutsche Post AG, UPS or shipping company.
Apart from correspondences all transmissions on-line can be after-pursued (on-line Tracking)

(1) correspondences/consignments of goods:

We reserve ourselves to modify the carrier if necessary if this accelerates the dispatch process.

(3) shipping company transmissions:
Shipping company transmissions are dispatched over VTL (www.vtl.de). VTL is a shipping company network.
Shipping company transmissions announced before the delivery, please always indicate it a valid telephone number. There is only a free delivery test. Deliveries take place on Mondays until Fridays.

(4) product-dependent freight charges are specified with the article. With combination you get of different forwarding expenses and multi-package endings the actual freight charges in the order handling before mailing the order indicated. Outside of Germany the actual freight charges are weight dependent.

Please note that if necessary on other market places (e.g. ebay, Amazon, Azubo, Yatego, etc.) different regulations can be valid. Forwarding expenses indicated there are valid. The automatic combination of purchases on different market places is unfortunately not possible for technical reasons. We ask for your understanding.
